Special Events GuidelinesThank you for choosing Pathways Health Centre for Children as the beneficiary of your fundraising event.
The support of third-party special events organizers like you is crucial to our efforts to support the programs and services at Pathways. You will be supporting the Centre’s work to enable children and youth to lead more independent lives.
We have outlined the following steps to assist you in organizing a successful event.
Brainstorming Conceptualize the idea- what, when, where and your goals to maximize its potential.
Contact Pathways Health Centre for Children Once you have decided on the event, complete the Event Proposal Form and submit to Pathways Health Centre for Children for review.
Enlist Support Form a committee and ensure that you have enough volunteer support to run your event.
Establish Your Goals Set attainable financial goals by creating a realistic and measurable budget with sources of both expenses and income. Attempt to acquire as many donations as possible-for clarification on rules for issuing tax receipts please contact Pathways before giving a commitment. Logistics Pathways Health Centre for Children would be pleased to review the logistics of your event. We will provide you with the information and support you in the areas of, tax receipts, awareness tools and limited volunteers (if available).
